Waring skin off fingers during training bag of sand ...?
I am relatively new to boxing and after hitting the bag a bit heavy for the skin of goods inside (thumb side) of my left kneecap and right middle and little finger joints. First, I was wondering why they are the affected areas. Then I use gloves Everlast TA8 WristWrap bag without packing under. I do not want to go through the trouble packaging envelope with the rediculously long and prefers to find something much easier to pack. Thank you.
Plain and simple if you have not wrap your hands this isn't going away. Heavy bag gloves are very thin and have the bar to strengthen your hand, but you still need to pack your hands to protect and support them. It takes 2 minutes to wrap your hands with hand wraps
