Twin Exercise
I'm having twins. What exercises are good?
I only want to gain tummy fat. Is there any exercises I can do to get rid of any other fat. Or any foods I could eat that will help. Any advise is appreciated.
Your genes determine where your fat is deposited no matter whether you're pregnant or not. Other than lipo, you don't get any control over that. All you can do is to be conscious of your food choices. Hate to break it to you, but you're going to gain more weight than the standard 25-35 pounds since you're carrying multiples.
You should reach out to your doc for advice on what exercises are ok for you.
