how to choose the yoga video right?

Does anyone out there know first hand (from experience) a exercise video yoga is only when standing? I'm looking one that is easy to follow, and I look forward to working with all day. I even saw a bit of exercise video with sticks. There are so many yoga videos for sale, I thought perhaps a you could help. Hope so, and thank you.
