6-SECOND ABS//LOSE WIEGH..! PLZZ?
KK..I WEIGH 138 N I MY 5,2 14 YEARS 0LD...HOW MANY MILES A DAY SHOULD I WALK/JOG...AND HOWMANY SITUPS A DAY ...AND DOES 6-SECOND ABS WORK..HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE..
this is the work out plan that I use to tone up muscles and stay fit
Monday: 3x10 curls (3 reps of ten), 3x10 pulls (works shoulders), 3x10 rows (triceps), 3x5 bench press or 3x20 push ups (which is better?)
tuesday: 3x10 squats, (should I use weight?) 2x10 jumping squats, 50 weighted calf rases
wed: 50 reg crunches, 50 crunches to each knee, 50 sit ups, 50 leg raises. (good ab excersise?)
thurs: 3x10 curls, pulls, rows, bench/push ups, 3x10 squats, 2x10 jumping squats, 50 calf raises
friday: 50 reg crunches, 50 crunches to each knee, 50 it ups, 50 leg raises
