When I Exercise I Have Knee Pain?
I am 35, not over weight but have never consistently worked out. When I work out I use a Precor EFX machine. I use it off and on. However, the past 3 months I have had knee pain after working out. Not horrible, but a throbbing in both knees (same pain). It started the day after a vigorous workout (but it was only a 30 minute work out). It has not gone away for more than a few days.
your joints are bad. if you want to workout, i suggest you swim it will be easier on your joints
