Tube Pilates
I lost weight, but im still flabby, How do I tone. HELP!?
I recently lost 20 pounds by excersing 30 minutes a day in three months, ive also changed my diet to a vegetarian diet.
im 5'2, 120 pounds, and im fourteen.
I lost about four inches around my waist, and two inches around my thighs. BUt i still have flab all over, even though this seems ot be a good healthy weight.
For the past two weeks ive been walking on an inclined ttreadmill for an hour a day, if i do this for two more months can i loose the extra flab.
should i aslo use toning tubes for my arms
and do crunches for my stomach.
i look skinnier, but you can still see the extra flab of fat.
how do i get rid of that.
should i do pilates
what should i do, my legs and stomach are still chubby?
how can i tone my body.
advice?
any foods i should stay away from?
omg thats amazing you lost 20 pounds in a couple of months. That's great. Also, the vegetarian thing is cool...lol (i'm a vegetarian) anyway pilates would do wonders and you need to do strength training-that will help firm and tighten everything. It'll take a while for your legs because that's one of the hardest places to lose weight but it will happen. Here are some easy to the point videos and exercises. (keep up the excellent work I'm trying to tone up too)
