Pilates Premier
PLEASE HELP: Anyone who knows the workouts and toning for the body!?
So, I have four weeks to make workouts pure. Monday - Saturday (with a day off) to do what ever workout I want. I want it either as a "celebrity cleanse" ... like when they have to form a film to get fit and super toned. My plan was: swimming (2h) Mon - Sam Pilates (30 minutes) Monday - Saturday yoga (1 pm) from Monday to Saturday Run / Walk (1 hour) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and weight train (1 hour) Monday, Wednesday and Fri It is much, but do Celebrities for films and prime ministers as well all day so I think it's doable. What do you recommend for all workouts ... none of them who have different intensities? I want to do a workout throughout the body which leads me to a decrease in muscle tone Body Fat and lean! :] (That I can spend as much time as I want through all 4 weeks every day). You can work until you puke, it will not matter. Diet is where the results come from. You have to cut meat and cheese from milk. As you eat these you will be overweight. Sorry for my honesty.
