what happen if you rub toner on face?
i've been rubbing toner on face instead of padding. what would that do to my skin? and how do you use it properly? do you wet the cotton pad first then spray the toner? thanks.
Depends on what kind of toner your using, basically just wash your face first, wait till it dries, and pat, rub, spray, whatever, your toner on.
If your using a cotton pad to put it on, don't get it wet first.
All toner does is close your pores, so it doesn't really do anything different if your rub or pat it in.
