What are the good sports / exercise to burn calories as possible?

I'm young and pretty and you want to burn many calories. Have you any ideas? Pills? No ID necessary? Also things that can help me lose weight by the end of the summer. *** ** NO HATERS I'm open to trying new things. I play volleyball and athletics. I also play basketball.

The pills are not working. They may very harmful to your health and for the most part, they are just scams. Everything you need to do is eat better and exercise. Eat smaller portions several times during the day, consuming about 1,500 calories per day. Drink at least 64 ounces of water. And the days of exercise. Even 10 minutes a day will help, but more is better. Running, step high impact, and Zumba are all roasters calories. But whatever you even just walking, will boost your metabolism, which means you burn calories more efficiently - if you do not have to kill you with tons and tons of exercise.
