Is yoga a good substitue for resistance training?
I do not have access to a gym (money and distance) and just own really heavy free weights (from hubby). Dont like those weights anyway, so is yoga a good resistance training or would i have to do more? I dont have much knowlegde of weights either...
Yoga is good for your body and gives you a certain amount of strength. But if you want to gain muscle and looking to build proper strength then weight training is the way to go.
