what are good exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff?

try to beef up my rotator cuff injury if I do it again. I can not go a physiotherapist So please do not tell me that! What are good exercises to do to strengthen the four components of the rotator cuff? I had an injury and he is cured, but I need to strengthen them that I can continue with my training for hockey. I am an experienced weightlifter, but I never really focused on my rotator cuff, any advice would be appreciated! Please do not tell me to go to a doc or get a physical treatment, I do not have insurance that covers such things!

Do a lot of senior representative internal rotations and external to your arm on the side and removed to the place where you humerus is parallel to the ground. Alternate between dumbbells and bands.
