does curves fitness club really work?
I just wanted to know because I wanted to start working on and the nearest place where I saw
lol, "Curves" such a word ... icky honestly, in my opinion, do not waste your money on gyms. You get the same result in running / jogging. Just get your iPod (and your dog if you have one) and run around your neighborhood for a specific period of time, depending on your fitness level - I recommend you start running for 20 minutes, then you continue to make every day, progress to jogging for 40 minutes or more. Jogging is amazing, seriously. After a while, you will feel much more vibrant, your circulation improves, so you get a lighter tone of the skin, and your posture will improve (what you could win an inch or so high). You will see that you get the same results, if not better than any gym, and you will save money lotta whooole. Good luck!
