How do I get strength and Power to Work in the gym?

I feel dull lazy and tired in the gym after doing some exercise. can you help me get some power and strength without using any medicines, by food intake ? :)

Eat energy dense foods. Eat your fruits, veggies, and your lean meats. If you like fish thats great, if not you have chicken, turkey, or beef to choose from. 80% of results from any exercise routine comes from diet, thus you need to eat to burn, and eat to gain. If you give your body weak stuff then it performs weak too!
