Plan Gym - advice needed!?

I just started back to the gym again after six months of leave. I put a little weight but now quit smoking and reducing alcohol and try to eat healthier. Well anyway ... cutting a long story short, I started going back to the gym this week and has been twice so far. I focus on the ability to min and I'm cycling 10 km per session (alternating between stand-alone and supine bicycle), rowing 2000 meters and try to walk or run on the treadmill (1.5 km on average before you start to my ankles kill me!). Between what I'm doing 100 abs a day and work on various weight machines. Question is what I'm doing too much or too little? I'm exhausted after each session but never feel that I am exaggerating. I know the dangers of wanting to do too I start with low levels of resistance to get back into the groove. With this kind of routine and I hope See results or am I wasting my time?
