Should I take my usual amount of whey protein for a short workout?
If I just want to do a short workout at home insisting of push ups, crunches, and curls with dumbbells should I take my usual amount of 20g of whey protein, or should I take a smaller amount since my Work Out wont be that long?
I normally take 20g before the workout and 20g after, so it basically is 40g. So I'm guessing I should take my regular amount for a short workout.
Only 20g? take 40g atleast mate everytime
