Where can I find Body Sculpting classes in Singapore?
Personal trainers are too expensive...do centers like Planet Fitness and/or Fitness First have such classes? Please help me find one!
I'm doing Body Sculpting instead of ordinary weight loss programs because it not only helps me lose weight but also shapes my body to look and feel fit

they are cheaper too
