How to get bleach your black hair so it gets blonde, NOT orange?

Ok so i cutt my own hair and dye it too, im always doing stuff to my hair so last night i tryed bleaching my tips blonde (my hair is black) . Its orange in sum parts and blonde in others. so i was wonder if there is anyway to even out the color so it gets all blonde ? i know its hard to bleach black hair ive done it before, butt i hate how it gets uneven !!

and then buy a toner.
i suggest a shampoo and conditioner toner.
you can find this at Sally's or a beauty supply store.
and dont use too high of a volume.
40 is pretty harsh.
i used 30 and ran through my hair about 3-5 times because i wanted white.
but blonde came in about the 4th time.
try to get it in there quick.
My hairs black too.
