Losing weight on an Exercise Bike upright?

If I lift weights three times a week and do 25-30 minutes on my bike Six days a week, how many books could I expect to lose in a month? And should I integrate another type of cardio in addition to the bike?

The way to do to do so is to deny, to begin. Whole exercise and eat healthily. I've lost 90 lbs .... because of this. Starving will not help you at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, not eating and stress are the three things I am and I'm fine and if I do not say. 90 pounds is not a something like 5 - £ 10 so take my advice.
