how to increase the size of a mountain bike pedal's screw?
Recently my mountain bike's pedal had broken off, so I went to a local walmart and bought unviversal pedals (meaning "fits" every bike) and I tried to put it on my bike, but the screw that was supposed to go in the cranks was too small, is there a part where I can put on top of the screw to make the pedal the right size?, And where could I get one, Thank you!
You probably have 9/16" threads on your bike & bought pedals for 1/2" threads. Take them back to Walmart for a refund, then go see a REAL bicycle shop.
