Best Ball and Resistance Band workout videos?
I'm looking for videos, basic target thighs, and arms. Did not to be cardio video, more resistance training. Target has balls and groups that include DVD's anyone use them?
I 'm the one that comes with the ball at the target. I was a little disappointed because the DVD was more like an advertisement for the DVD of the company of other brands. It was not really a full workout. I would buy the ball and separate DVD.
