Was the third-row seat option in 2003 Dodge Durango SXT? Can one be added?
The Durango has a compartment where the leaf is the third row. Can a third row seat easily add?
No, it can not be easily added, you must add seat belts too, not an easy task. Thus, the second line has not been designed to allow access a third row, so it would be very painful to come and go from there. Honestly, even if possible, it would be much better and cheaper to sell what you have and buy a vehicle that the seat you need.
