ok do you think this is a good plan?

im 14, female, 173cm and 65 kg. i want to get toned, become healthier and maybe even shed a few kilos in the long run. what do you think of this?
monday:1 hr aero boxing, maybe 5 or 10 mins skipping
tuesday: i do 1 hr yogalates (yoga and pilates mixed into one) and do 10 mins skipping.
wednesday: morning: an hour in the gym and afternoon: 20 mins skipping
thursday: morning - 1 hr fencing, afternoon - half an hour tennis
friday: a double period (1 and a half hours) of p.e. at school and atm were doing skipping.
saturday and sunday: might play tennis, go for walks, play golf, go to driving range, go for run, etc.
and all this time im eating a balanced diet, 1200 cals a day. but of course, i am a teenager so a bit of junk here and there is unavoidable :P

by the way when i do wednesday gym, i usually do about 2 km treadmill running, 2 km rowing and 2 km bike riding. just thought id give specifics :)

Your basal metabolic rate (how much energy you use just to stay alive) is about 1500, up your calories some more, keep up the cardio and add some weight training to your schedule.
