Does standing up doing "bench" presses increase chest/pectoral muscles?

Like standing up and doing the arms of bench presses increase chest muscles?
Because I rather stand up then lie down on a bench. Since 1 I don't have a bench, 2. I do exercises during commercial breaks. Since I am trying to do 25 real push ups in 4 weeks. Right now I can barely do 4 or 5.(Girl, 108 pounds) And today is the second day of my determination. I am trying to get better for tennis and badminton.

If you did the same movement as the bench press but standing up, your chest and triceps would be involved to a lesser extent and your anterior deltoids would be involved to a greater extent. This would not be the best way to target pectorals. You can do bench presses from the floor, you just won't get as great a range of motion, but it will still help your triceps.
