Any Recommend Good Yoga instructor in Singapore? One who explain, goes into details. Not monkey see, Monkey do
I had learnt yoga. However, that instructor just do & we followed. At the end, i am not sure what are the dos & don'ts in yoga & the correct breathing method (which is very important in yoga)
I would like to pick up yoga again but this time with a responsible instructor who will lead me through the art of yoga.
Not just monkey see and Monkey do.
