Straps Use
Do soldiers use waist straps when rucksacking?
I've been doing rucksacking with 50 lbs. and have only been using the shoulder straps and not the waist straps. Am I supposed to be using the waist straps or do soldiers only use shoulder straps when rucksacking?
it helps keep the load secure and distributes the weight evenly..............if you have them I would at least give them a try and see if they work for you.........not sure if they use them but would think that they would at least give you the option of them...........
