Is a trampoline or skipping rope better?
I want to lose weight. For some reason i have gained 7 kilos in one year and i think i'm overweight now. I am on a healthy diet but i still can't seem to lose much weight. I am 14 years old and i way 58 kilos and i am 5"7.
I think i need to do a bit more exercise though. Is 1 hour on the trampoline better than one hour using a skipping rope to lose weight?

You stand to burn MORE cals from the skip rope.
The trampoline will offer a hand against gravity, requiring much less effort to get air born and using only the thigh and upper shoulders in the lifting momentum.
The rope will target your chest, legs and force your abdomen to tighten, making you sweat a lot more.
Sweat more while targeting key areas = lose more.
If you want to lose the weight, eat healthy and stretch. You're a bit young to start skipping for an hour straight a day. The result will be slight weight loss, However, and I say this from a recommendation point: Your chest, the edges just below your armpits will begin to take a serious definitive shape. You'll look like Madonna less the Bice'.
