what are some great ways to workout at home or in a gym to tone and sculpt my butt?

i was hoping for some simple exercises to tone my butt at home..but im also a gym junkie..so even exercises there would work? any suggestions?

Better Butt Exercises

1. Isometric butt squeeze

This one gives your butt a great shape. All you do is squeeze your butt together. You can do this standing, sitting, or lying down. I prefer to do it lying face down while I watch tv. Just do it for 5 minutes a day. You can do it all at once or do a little throughout the day. The longer you can HOLD THE SQUEEZE, the better.

Don't be surprised if you can hold it for a few minutes!

2. Wall Squats

Wall squats are bodyweight type of squat. What you do is put your feet about 18 inches apart and 18 inches from a wall. Then lean your back straight against the wall. Now squat down while keeping your back against the wall.I found this site is pretty easy to find a Huge selection of
