Running Tights
Do running tights stop chafing when i go running?
I have started doing some longer runs for the first time and started getting a red area on my inner thights where my shorts are rubbing? any ideas? Someone suggested a pair of mens running tights, but i'm not sure i would look the best in them!!!!
Mens running tights do make a difference, at least to me. Way back when i started running i just used baggy tracksuits, over longer runs would suffer as you have described. I tried vaseline which worked fine for a shorter runs, but things can get pretty sweaty down there so i found actually it could make things worse by increasing the movement!
Its really the garment closest to your skin that matters, so either a pair of running tights, or tight shorts / compression shorts to go under Ronhill type tracksters
