I am just about to start running to loose some weight and improve my fitness?
My question is when my fitness levels start to pick up and I start to loose weight, what do you think my ideal weight will be?
I am 190lbs (13.5 Stone) and I am 5'10"
I want to be super skinny, but not so skinny that I get ill, I really don't want manorexia.
Also any running tips for someone who is new to it.
