What resistance bands can use the 10 Minute Trainer program
Question says it all, there are 3 resistance bands that come with the program. So basically 1) What Are resistance, 2) If it does not know what band 3 set (if possible include the URL) would be Thanks best likeness.
The Medium Resistance Deluxe Kit comes with 3 bands (15, 20 & 30 lbs.) The Heavy Resistance Deluxe comes with 3 bands also (20, 30 & 40 lbs.) The standard 10 minutes per 1 trainer is a lighter band. Hope that helps
