Can anyone tell me what is a great exercise DVD for loosing weight? I love doing cardio and Pilates. Thanks.
I had to cancel my gym membership due to finanical reasons. What exercise DVD's are great for loosing weight? I love Cardio,Pilates, and dancing.
I tried Taebo with Billy Blanks which is cardio- boxing. Its really energetic and a brilliant all over body work out. You definatly see results with this as long as you do it regularly. I really recommend it,,,it does exactly what is says on the tin!!
You can pick up the DVDs in your local HMV etc but failing that you can easily get hold of them from Amazon, play.com, ebay etc.
