My job is making us pick between weight watchers or wearing a pedometer, which is better?
In order to stay eligible for our low health insurance, if your BMI is over a certain amount you either have to join weight watchers (at their cost) or wear on of those pedometers that counts how many steps you take. I've been working out for a while, and I've actually lost 10lbs in the last 2 1/2 weeks, so I've already made changes to my lifestyle. Which one would you pick.?
If they are covering the cost of weight watchers and you are serious about wanting to change your eating habits then there is no way you should pass up the chance to join weight watchers. There is so much more to it than just 'dieting' and the knowledge that you get will last a lifetime! Good luck!
