One Color
What program do people use to make one part of a picture stand out with color & to make the rest black & white?
I am preferably looking for a free program, but any options would be helpful.
For example, a picture of a field of flowers but only one flower has color and the rest of the picture is black and white.

I think the best website for this would be www.Picnik.com They have really cool affects, and you can add in text, stickers, and they have lots of amazing effects. They have a lot of effects for free, and you don't even have to register. Once you get premium, which is surprisingly cheap, you can use airbrush, blemish remover, wrinkle remover. Its very good, and I recommend it to everyone! I have premium and I use it all the time. Im actually working on a project right now. And the best part is that the program can be used for amateur photography and professionally. Hope this helped!
