Minute Trainer
Has anyone used the 10- minute trainer?
I saw a commercial for the 10-minute trainer (from the same people that make the P90X workout) and was wondering if it really is worth the money. Plus, I want to start working out but am renting a room from friends and only have about a 9x9 foot space to work out in. Is that enough space? Have you tried this 10-minute trainer and/or P90X?
Also... does this one require a pull-up bar?

I have done both P90X and 10 Minute Trainer. Both are top notch workouts and will get you in shape. I personally prefer P90X, but the P90X workouts are 1 hour + each. With 10 minute trainer you will need to "stack" the workouts toi get better results. They are both worth the money.
