Home Exercising
Is it possible to get slim and perfect body by exercising and dieting only at home? How?
I need to loss around 25 pounds.
I don't have any equipment.
Is it possible to loss so much weight by only exercising at home without any equipment? Is yes, then how? Can you please give examples?

yes its not only possible but probably more likely. Its not the machines at the gym that do the work, its your muscles and they move the same way at home as they do in the gym. Try a wrestling workout. The majority of a wrestlers workout is all body weight movements. Try some hungarian pushups also called fence crawls among other things.
