Full Body Resistance Machine?
I have a full body resistance machine at home and you can do in the levels of resistance DIFFER .. Im trying to gain muscle mass .. So I did a resistance level heavy and when I'm done my whole body is aching .. and people tell me to sleep and help protien with sensitivity and microtears but I still feel sore and sore even with sleep and should protien .. I return the machine but no resistance at a much lower thats what I heard that your supposed to do .. to get your body used to .. eg weightlifting (£ 100 Sets are one the next day and then to 20-30 to get rid of sorness and microtears) Is this true?
The microtears help build more muscle and need time to repair so do not do the same muscle group the next day. You should be lifting weights until you are approximately 15 representatives, the muscle is tired. Lifting up fatigue is what gives you results. Eating or drinking too protein powder protein helps your body Build Muscle. It taught me to do 12-15 reps and three sets for each muscle group. You should be a little painful, but not to the point that you are unable to move. Hope this helps .........
