Why drive device improperly to a person with heart problems?
I have this device called AB Gymnic. He says you can not use it if they have a heart condition. I wonder exactly how it would be harmful. I have palpitations and my heart skips beats sometimes. I also had an attack paroxysmal supraventricular tachychardia time was scary, but they said it was not that serious and my heart was good. I do heart tests after that and has never been diagnosed with a heart problem. I really want to use this device.
Talk with your doctor. If a recommended practice in the past, it may be a good idea. You may want Take It Easy, and avoid too painful to workout to avoid stressing your heart. Ask your doctor for a recommendation for what Heart Rate range should be in. A lot of Exercise Equipment have monitors that tell you your HR.
