Which cardio machine is best to use the gym? Also what are good exercises for Strength Training?
treadmill for sure for the strength exercises I recommend the musts of the gym, Bench Press, the deadlift and the squat earth. They are all compound exercises so they work more muscle, they increase your strength a lot and they add mass to your entire body. Good Luck!
