is it bad to wear one size bigger weight lifting gloves?
i think im a small and someone bought me a medium, cant take it back. (theyr pretty good gloves) it fits OK, but a little bigger on the left hand. should it really matter to keep using them? or will it cause me to loose more grip etc
Don't bother with weightlifting gloves. You will end up with a weaker grip. Use talcum powder if you have issues with the barbell "slipping." And if you want to get rid of callouses, soak your hands in soapy water and then file away the callouses.
