Does the Iron gym total body fitness kit work?
Has it provided you with lots of results (have you gotten stronger) and is it worth a buy? I would like to know if i should invest the 50 dollars in good workout equipment. Thank you for all your answers.
P.S: Does anyone know if the shakeweight also works?
Yeah it probably works just fine, but I’d bet my right arm it comes with a booklet that effectively says ‘eat right, and work out all day and you get guaranteed results’. Really? It’s almost like you didn’t already know that!
Don’t spend money on ridiculous equipment and don’t buy weights new. Check Craig list for cheap weights. Expect to pay anywhere from 10cents and up to 50cents per pound.
