DOES ANYONE HAVE OR HAVE USED "THE FIRM" WORKOUT SYSTEM?!?!?
I bought the Firm body sculpting system with the fanny lifter. I am just wondering if anyone has or does use this system, and if so, do you really see results in 10 workouts? And also how many months would it take to really transform your body? And ive also heard people loose Weight without even changing their diets drasticly, is that true?
Ps. Please don't write to tell me about any other weight loss systems, because I only want to know about this one. Thank you!
I did the Firm a long time ago - before my mom gave it away - and I really enjoyed it. The workouts were challenging, yet "doable" and I did see results. I felt a lot better.
When you workout you have to make a lifestyle change. You have to eat clean and stick to a workout program in order to get an drastic results, and you have to stay that way to get any long term results. You have to commit to changing your life..there is no such thing as a quick fix.
