Fat Burn
What are some ways i can increase my fat burn?
I'm really trying to Burn Fat, mainly on my stomach, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm naturally slim, but I have just a bit of fat on my stomach, and it doesn't seem to be a problem anywhere else on my body. How can I increase the fat burn on my stomach?
a lot of ab exercises will help. i used to have the same problem until i started pole vaulting, which requires a TON of abdominal strength. here's our workout:
30 crunches, feet up
30 butterfly crunches
30 crunches to left side
30 crunches to right side
30 bicycles
30 rows/tuck ups
^repeat that once, so you've done 60 of each
then we do 3 planks, each for one minute, this helps with balance, too.
don't forget to stretch, and work your abs every other day, not everyday or your muscles start to disintegrate, yeah, really nasty.
