Is it normal to have fat thighs even if I have a good BMI?
My BMI is 20 which is good. However my thighs do seem a little fat (but not too much) and I just wanted to ask if it's normal for it to be like this.
Is there any way for me to lose some thigh fat? What kind of exercises should I be doing?
Yes.
BMI is very generic, and based on averages. Fact is, some athletes would qualify as obese on the BMI scale, even though they are 8% bodyfat. A pregnany woman would be morbidly obese.
So yes.. there are exceptions -- many of them.
