How many sit-ups do you suggest I do each day?
Okay, I'm a 23 year old male. I'd like to lose some weight particularly in my stomach. I already eat pretty healthy, and have for a long time, but I'm not a big exerciser. I can do sit-ups okay though and was curious on what is a good number of them to do each day to start out? I'd probably do them in the morning. Also any other good easy at home exercises that can be done to lose in the stomach area? Thanks

Im nearly your age I turn 23 in July. I normally was active with sports but since I stopped that for a while I started gaining some weight so what did was I searched the internet for a healthy effective diet.I am really weary of diet products because I understand there are many unhealthy products out there. So after searching online I came upon a diet product called almased which has nothing but good reviews everywhere on any website I searched.Look it up yourself if you don't believe me.
I looked carefully on the nutrition label and ingredients used and it was all perfectly safe.It is also based on 20 years of research and is made in Germany.After I felt confident in the product and reading several reviews I committed to this diet and with minimal sacrifice especially the first 3 days I was able to lose 25lbs in 2 months. Which is really awesome and the great thing about it is that I had zero side effects and I feel better now than before I started the diet. It is recommended to exercise during the diet and in those 2 months I did zero exercise and I lost 25lbs which was my goal and now I have started the power 90 exercise program and once I feel i be fit enough for the p90x exercise program I will start that and keep doing that till I am ripped.I will not commit to something unless I know I will get results and almased and the power 90 and p90x will give results if followed properly.i base this on the youtube videos of the people and on the many positive reviews of the people.
The down side of almased is that it is costly compared to other products but I would rather pay for a quality product that works and will not have a yo-yo effect where the weight just comes back than have to pay for something that is unhealthy and ineffective which will be more costly in the end. I am eating healthier now and just feeling stronger everyday.
