I would have to say yes for a few reasons the primary one is that you don't get the joint pounding that you get from running or jogging. A lesser reason is that biking is just plain fun so you want to do it again.
Running is one of the worst workouts from a joint prospective as the force from every step can be as much as 3 times your body weight add this to the angle of the knee and ankle upon each impact with the ground and you have the potential for joint damage over time. Now you know the reason 30% of runners have knee pain and 25% have joint damage.
