basketbal practice need, and improve what?
i practice basketball about 3 hours a day !! but i played on the sun so you know sometimes i can't see ! and it's hot!! is it good for me to play like that? can i get better or play on the evening( i can't go to the gym)!!! help!! and i practice 3 hours but when i play with my friend, i lost a lot? i practiced more than my friend!!! i'm black!! i am good at dribble, crossover, !! not lay-ups because i right handed lay=ups all the time!! help me with the lay-ups please!! thanks
do the mikan drill go as close to the backboard and go from right to left slowly its a gradual process too become comfartable and ambidexterous. no your actually wasting more time playing in the sun because it slows you down so u will not evidently be able to practice game speed your bettter of in the gym the onl;y thing with playing in the sun it stretches your lungs and three hours shure isnt enough gotta go harder
