(butterfly)how is an insect's sense of sight different from humans?

(butterfly)what organs does an insect use for its sense of taste?
(butterfly)what body parts does an insect have to help them hear sounds?

Butterflies have 2 compound eyes, as do all insects, and 2 simple eyes. The simple eyes cannot form images--they just tell light from dark. The compound eyes form multiple images but the butterfly cannot probably tell what it is. The compound eyes are very good at detecting motion but not images. So if something makes a move around them they will probably fly away. Human eyes can form 1 image from each eye which our brain learns to make a composite single image. Butterflies cannot hear sounds, nor can they make sounds. Most insects cannot hear. The few exceptions are the ones that can make noises. For example it would do a cricket little good to be chirpping away if no other cricket could hear it. The structure on the few that can hear is called the tympanum.
