Is it safe to do sport after having a big meal?

Normally, I don't eat much at all. But today, I eat just like a pig (I had a big meal full of carbohydrate). I want to do some sport. What kind of sport that is safe to do after having meal? I'm thinking about cycling. Do you have another suggestion? Do I need to take a rest a while? Thanks.

If you can deal with the cramps you're gonna get, go for it but in future, excercise before you eat.
