What length resistance band should I get?
I want to do ab toning exercises. Would a 1m resistance band be suitable for this? What exactly are the different lengths for?

The length is only important if you're kinda tall and need a long band so you can get full extension on the exercise. As long as you can do a full range of motion with it, it's long enough.
If it's longer than you need you just grab it lower down.
