Two fat, "sqishy", round ball like things on bottom of wrist under skin?
I have had these 2 little fat bumpy things on the bottom of my wrist that are "squishy", and they look like little bubbles of fat under my skin. What could these be? Could they be cancerous? I've had them since i was a little girl and am now 19.
They're not blisters and they don't hurt or are sore.
You have what is called a 'ganglion cyst'. It's not cancer, not to worry. It's actually tissue under the skin filled with a jelly-like substance. The wrist area is a very common place for them to show up. They usually run in families. Mine went away on it's own. You can have them removed but not really necessary unless they begin to hurt or you have pain up/down your arm. They can sometimes get entangled with nerves and cause pain. A doc would probably remove it for cosmetic purposes as well. They used to call them 'bible bumps' cuz people would slam a bible down on them and burst them. Same with a window sill.
No, definitely not a blister. These are under the skin but they can burst if enough force is applied. I don't recommend this method b/c you also break a hand/wrist bone in the process. The jelly-like substance would just be absorbed by your tissues and bloodstream.
